This new building was provided with two
underground electric services. One three phase service for the building
terminating in a switchboard and a second dedicated service for the
fire pump. Pole mounted site lighting fixtures were provided in each
parking area with associated controls. General lighting and associated
controls were provided. Underground service raceways were provided for
telephone and data systems. Power wiring for HVAC and production
equipment as well as dry type transformers which serve general
receptacles and miscellaneous equipment. A complete fire alarm system
was provided with connection to the municipal system via a fire alarm
system master box.
