This project was the adaptive reuse of an abandoned building. A three phase electric service were provided. Exterior lighting and controls was provided along with interior lighting fixtures and controls. Exit and emergency lighting throughout the building was provided. Dry type transformers were provided to suit 120/208 Volt panelboards for general receptacles, connections to office partitions and computer room equipment. The power distribution system serves HVAC equipment, the elevators and kitchen equipment. A complete fire alarm system was provided. The following special systems were part of our design: uninterruptible power supply system for the computer room,card access and security alarm system and a sound system for the auditorium. A cable tray system was provided on each floor to accommodate telephone and data system wiring. An emergency generator and automatic transfer switch was provided to serve the building.
