This project was the adaptive reuse of
an existing building in which the building was gutted and developed
into multi tenant class "A" office space. This building is provided
with
three phase electric service. The switchboard
was modified to serve house loads including the elevators, HVAC
equipment, common space lighting and receptacles. Several metering
sections were added to the switchboard to accommodate tenant metering
throughout the building. Tenant spaces were fit up as leases were
executed. An addressable fire alarm system was provided throughout the
building.
