This project was the
adaptive reuse of an existing building. A new three phase electric
service was provided along with an emergency generator and automatic
transfer switch that allows the building to be fully operational even
with the loss of utility power. General lighting and exit lighting was
provided throughout the building. Site lighting and building perimeter
lighting was also provided. General receptacles were provided
throughout. Power was provided for communication equipment and the
dispatch center. Power was provided for all of the HVAC systems. A
building access control and video security system was provided as was
an addressable fire alarm system.
